Nigerian Pop Star, Davido Accepts Daddy Freeze’ Tithe Against Poverty

Nigerian pop star, Davido just accepted Daddy Freeze’ Tithe against poverty (TAP) challenge after the controversial OAP challenged him minutes ago on Twitter!
To game up his fight against tithing, Freeze came up with the challenge, where the person who accepts the challenge gets to use 10% of his/her income to help someone, according to him ‘It aims at removing at least one person from poverty’.
He wrote;

As she was dying from gunshot wounds, a Brooklyn, N.Y., teen used her last breaths to identify the man who shot her because she refused to date him, police testified Monday.

According to the New York Daily News, 16-year-old Shemel Mercurius struggled through a painful 20-minute wait for an ambulance, but in that time, she told authorities about a 25-year-old man who wanted to date her and would not take no for an answer, the police said.

Taariq Stephens is the 25-year-old facing charges that he murdered Shemel, a junior at Edward R. Murrow High School. Shemel was babysitting her 3-year-old cousin in May 2016 when authorities say Stephens forced his way into the apartment in the New York City borough and shot her three times with a submachine gun.

Grammy Award Nomination: Timaya to become first Nigerian-based act to win Grammy award



Timaya may become the first Nigerian-based act to win Grammy award, if his collaboration on international reggae band, Morgan Heritage’s album ‘Avrekedabra’ pick the award for Best Reggae Album at the 60th edition of the award.

Timaya who featured alongside Ghanaian Afro-pop singer, Stonebwoy, Chubb Rock, Stylo G, Bunji Garlin, Dre Zion & Jaheil on Morgan Heritage’s “Avrekedabra” may become the first Nigerian-based act to win the award if the album wins the category at the 60th Grammy Awards which will air live from the Madison Square Gardens on January 28, 2018.

Bishop David Oyedepo has finally broken his silence on tithing!

The founder of the Living Faith church aka Winners Chapel while speaking at the church’s end of the year programme, Shiloh 2017 spoke on the importance of Tithing and according to him, God never opens the windows of heaven on non-tithers.
‘God does not open the windows of heaven on non-tithers’ he said.

14-year-old Miss Joy Ezechikamnayo, has resumed as Governor of Abia State in the maiden edition of ‘Abia One day Governor’. The teenager who Governor Okezie Ikpeazu handed over to today at the State’s Government house, declared 12th of December as ‘Abia Teenage day’ as her first official assignment.
Joy who came first in a rigorous essay competition that lasted over a week and currently attending a leadership retreat with members of her cabinet, is an SS3 student and senior prefect of Intellectual Giants Christian Academy, Umuahia.
